Ambassador Lee Sang-hwa conducted a lecture for PhD students specializing in Public Safety and Security Administration on 6 April at the Philippine Public Safety College.
The lecture revolved around the current defense, security, and foreign policy of the Republic of Korea, focusing on its national security decision-making process and its alignment with its defined national interests as a middle-power.
